In a coaching career of almost ten years, Louise Staden has amassed extensive experience as an Executive Coach. Her coachees encompass Main Board and Senior level management including corporate and divisional Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents of a major global software company and a leading FTSE500 company.

In addition to her coaching expertise, Louise is a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), an Advanced Practitioner of IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique), a qualified Hypnotherapist and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

This breadth of knowledge and techniques is very rare in the field and it enables her to draw on a far wider skill set in formulating and delivering an appropriate and effective coaching programme.
